Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $500 USD registration deposit.
  • Any cancellation made 120 days before departure (July 4th-August 3rd) result in a loss of 50% of the total trip price. 
  • Any cancellation made 90 days before departure (August 3rd) will result in a total loss of funds.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it does not meet the trip minimum of 6, (if we do so, your deposit and any money you have paid is refunded in full).
  • Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
  • The cost for this retreat is based on the currency rates of exchange in effect at the time of the publication of this retreat. We reserve the right to adjust the trip price if the exchange rate varies more than 5% from our published price.

  • Round-trip international airfare from your home country to Bali.
  • Trip cancellation travel insurance and any additional expenses arising from delays or trip extensions due to weather, political disputes, illness, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Travel medical insurance, including medical costs, hospitalization, and evacuation from remote areas.
  • Meals that are taken independently and outside the group’s planned dining experiences.
  • Personal sightseeing or excursions arranged separately from the group itinerary.
  • Independent transportation that is not part of the group travel arrangements.
  • Personal purchases, such as souvenir shopping .
  • Non-included drinks.
  • Laundry services, which are not part of the retreat package.
