- Round-trip international airfare from your home country to India.
- Trip cancellation travel insurance and any additional expenses arising from delays or trip extensions due to weather, political disputes, illness, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Travel medical insurance, including medical costs, hospitalization, and evacuation from remote areas.
- Meals that are taken independently and outside the group’s planned dining experiences.
- Personal sightseeing or excursions arranged separately from the group itinerary.
- Independent transportation that is not part of the group travel arrangements.
- Personal purchases, such as souvenir shopping and spa services.
- Alcoholic beverages and any non-included drinks.
- Laundry services, which are not part of the retreat package.
- International telephone calls made during the trip.

- The airport pick up at scheduled time with the group at Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata.
